Auto Accident not at fault with no insurance but have witness?

I was in a car accident but is was not my fault.I have no insurance at the time and Nothing happen to my car and no police report was file, and I also let him go but we exchange information and he file a claims with his insurance indicate is my fault and i have witness what should i do?
